Morgan is the Managing Director of Blanchard International (Irl)Ltd. His skills are highly sought after and he facilitates Leadership Development programmes internationally and in Ireland in close association with Ken Blanchard companies.

He has a wealth of practical business knowledge and development experience, almost 3 decades of Business Experience.

He works with executive teams to design and implement change initiatives whether at Senior Executive or Team level. To achieve these aims, Morgan uses a range of learning tools and models, including the DiSC learning tools, assessments and training programmes, such as Situational & Self Leadership programmes. All of the Executive team training is driven by client needs. In his executive career, Morgan has been a practicing Accountant for many years and the Director of one of the leading private hospitals in New Zealand.

Morgan has provided executive coaching across the globe with senior executives.

He's married with 3 sons, and is a passionate sports follower and sports psychology expert. Morgan runs Golf Clinics for executives for the mental side of their golf game.

Peter is consulting partner with Blanchard International (Irl) Ltd. Peter has over 25 years business experience, spent 18 years in the ICT sector and has a business track record spanning 3 decades. He's held executive positions & business roles, up to MD level. Peter was the founding Director of a successful IT training & Consultancy Business which he ran for eight years during the 90's.

He has many years training experience and provides behavioural change training with Leaders, Managers & Sales Divisions. He ran the Inscape Training business (now DNA) for 4 years and has also substantial Business & Executive Coaching experience. Peter takes an Holistic approach to people development.

He's also worked in process centric environments with workflow solutions.

He's also a passionate sports follower, and very enthusiastic in helping sports team to peak performance.

Angela joined Blanchard in February 2008. She provides client service in the training, & marketing communications are and customer support. She worked for many years with Ireland's largest estate agent organisation, Sherry Fitzgerald. She will be working with supporting our growing and valued Ireland clients.

Jim Halley is an Associate Consulting Partner with Blanchard International Ireland. Jim Halley has also worked as an independent Facilitator and continues this work.

He has worked, and continues to do so, with groups of all sizes and in one-to-one settings. This includes working with management teams at all levels, with whom he facilitates Blanchard International leadership & management solutions in the public sector.

He is a qualified Investigator, Mediator and executive Coach. Having founded his own business in 1994, he delivers his services at the most senior levels within both the Public and Private sector environments.

His work includes building practical solutions to the current issues faced by individual managers, Principal and Assistant Principal Officers, Assistant Secretary Generals, Secretary Generals, and Chief Executive Officers

As an Investigator he has carried over sixty formal investigations in the context of allegations concerning bullying, harassment and sexual harassment. He also carries out investigations in under policies described as “Trust in Care” environments ECT.

He is well known to both Trade Unions and employers alike. As a member of the International Bar Association, serving on its Human Rights and International Employment Law Committees he is well respected by the legal profession in this country.

As a Mediator he is accredited by the Institute of Arbitrators. He also studied in Trinity College and University College Dublin and holds master’s degrees in Health Care Management and a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy. He has a keen interest in philosophy.

Jim is also a member of the faculty of the Institute of Public Administration where he lectures in mediation and conflict resolution studies.

Amanda Cahir-O'Donnell is an Associate Consulting Partner with Blanchard International Ireland. She also founded her own highly successful consulting business and has delivered a number of very successful interventions at both Director and Senior Team Levels in organisations, over the last three years.

Amanda has been working in the field of Leadership Development for almost twenty years and has a broad range of experience across diverse industry sectors including financial and professional services, pharmaceutical, software, manufacturing and the public sector. She formerly established and led the Learning and Development function within AIB Capital Markets and was previously an internal consultant within Hewlett-Packard Ireland. Amanda is also the co-author of two major publications: 'Making Training and Development Work: A Best Practice Guide' and 'Developing Managers and Leaders.'
