Morgan Pierse. is Managing Director of Blanchard International Ireland Ltd. We are the Irish partner for the Ken Blanchard companies. We're an Irish management training and consulting firm that Morgan originally operated in New Zealand during the late 80's/early 90's. A Tipperary man, Morgan returned to Ireland in the mid 90's with his wife and children and established a Blanchard training service for Irish corporates.
Since then, Morgan has delivered a range of Blanchard trainng programmes, including the 'flagship' Blanchard programme, Situational Leadership II(r) both in Ireland and with international clients.
