Trish Pierse is an experienced Blanchard training coordinator. She has spent 15 years managing the preparation for training interventions through ensuring all pre-work is completed, training materials are delivered and participants have a person to call for clarification of any logistical issues. She assists both the Program Manager and each Blanchard consultant in order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in relation to all administration activities.

Trish is married with three sons.
