Morgan is the Managing Director of Blanchard International (Irl) Ltd. His skills are highly sought after and he facilitates Leadership Development programmes internationally and in Ireland in close association with Ken Blanchard companies.

He has a wealth of practical business knowledge and development experience, with 3 decades of Business Experience.

He works with executive teams to design and implement change initiatives whether at Senior Executive or Team level. To achieve these aims, Morgan uses a range of learning tools and models, including the DiSC learning tools, assessments and training programmes, such as Situational & Self Leadership programmes. All of the Executive team training is driven by client needs. In his executive career, Morgan has been a practicing Accountant for many years and the Director of one of the leading private hospitals in New Zealand.
